LOADING BAY AND EQUIPMENT

There are five loading docks and courtesy phone available for tenant use. Depressed approaches and large covered bay doors make it easy for tenants to receive and send shipments. Tenants also have access to a propane-powered fork lift.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

The Business Center has three conference rooms that seat from 12 to 40 people. Catering / food service is available through various local businesses.

COPIER AND OFFICE FACILITIES

Tenants of the Business Center have access to copiers, mailing services, fax machine, and other office facilities.
